All content on GiftLian.org is currently provided free of charge. Users have unlimited access to our gift card information, guides, and resources without any payment or subscription requirements.
Since we do not currently charge for any services, there are no refunds to process.
2. No Sale of Products
GiftLian.org does not:
- Sell gift cards or any physical products
- Process gift card transactions
- Act as an intermediary for gift card purchases
- Sell digital products or downloads
- Offer paid memberships or subscriptions
All gift card purchases are made directly with retailers or gift card issuers. We are not involved in these transactions and cannot process refunds for gift cards purchased from other companies.
3. Gift Card Refunds
If you need a refund for a gift card you purchased, you must contact the retailer or issuer directly. Each gift card company has its own refund and return policies. We provide educational information about these policies but cannot process refunds on behalf of retailers.
General Gift Card Refund Information:
- Most gift cards are non-refundable once purchased
- Some retailers may allow returns of unused gift cards within a specific timeframe
- Digital/e-gift cards are typically non-refundable
- Damaged or defective physical cards may be replaced by the issuer
- Fraudulent transactions may be eligible for refunds from the retailer

4. Future Paid Services

4.1 Digital Products and Services
For any future digital products or paid content:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds will be provided if the product is materially different from its description
- Refunds may be declined if the product has been substantially used or downloaded
- Technical issues that prevent access may qualify for refunds
4.2 Subscriptions
For any future subscription services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds if cancelled within 30 days
- No refunds for partial months or for subscriptions cancelled after 30 days

- Transactions would be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD)
- Refunds would be issued in the original currency of payment
- Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable
- We cannot control exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund

- Debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
